I was just thinking this morning about how much we are doing to destroy our earth. How arrogant we are to think we can cause such a disaster to the earth that gives us life. ugh.

Lisa, you’ve got me inspired. We’ve done away with paper towels at home. OMG what a difference in our garbage! I had no idea how much of that stuff we were going through in a given week (10 rolls!). We’ve gone back to good old dishrags. Bleach is a wonderful thing.

Gosh, lisa, you make me feel guilty!

I was trying to remember where I read this article about how little help it is to do any recycling unless it’s on a huge global scale since the pittley amount being done now nowhere near helps.
It wsn’t saying it didn’t need to be done. Just on a much larger scale.

How would we ever get it done? What a massive undertaking.

I tried cloth diaper. What a job. I thought I could really do it but it was too much.

Ha! Touche’! That is definitely my sin against mother nature. Although, having kids in general is taxing. I imagine all of the chemicals used to clean those cloth diapers aren’t much better.

By the way, there had better not be any of those Glad leftover containers on trash island!
