So that $482 billion deficit does not include the war. Two or three months ago Congress passed a bill funding the war effort until early 2009. I think it was in the $100-200 billion range.

He and Bush and many others don’t see a need to fix the deficit issue. Nor is there really an economic crunch going on either.
