It used to be worse for me than it is right now, however. I can nod off quite quickly but I’m paying the price with perimenopausal symptoms which all suck. Such is life.
I can say without a doubt, give it time because it will change.

My husband likes my ability to sleep about as much as you appreciate your husband’s. Maybe both spouses just aren’t supposed to be able to sleep. Only one of us gets to indulge. Gosh, I’m so glad it’s me (sorry I’m not showing much empathy here am I…How’s this…that darn husband of yours, these moments are why cast iron frying pans were made).
