It’s not your fault. We really are a country that thrives on freedom and people really should be afforded the opportunity to express themselves without restraint. Those who do what they can to create environments where that is truly possible are doing a good thing. Those who confuse freedom of expression with permission to harass, bully, destroy and wound are the ones doing damage to themselves and others. The part that is hardest for me to digest is the smug satisfaction with it all.
