Please tell me what the escape button (ESC) on my laptop is for. It has yet to get me out of any cyber mishap! I don’t think it serves any real purpose. It’s just one more option to try before hurling the bloody computer at the wall in frustration.
I have no idea but recently wondered if it’s actually for the computer…as in the computer can hit escape and be rid of me.
Ooh, if the computer did that I’d get a lot more done! I wonder if the ESC button would work if I was in the middle of something critical and one of my kids pushed it. I bet it would!
If you hit the ESC key while playing a game, it will pause the game.
